TELEPHONE CONSULTANT

  • If you are a person who likes to talk to people
  • If you are curious about others, their opinions and you are willing to help others
  • If you would like to help customers solve their cases on consumer hotlines or if you are looking for adrenaline, challenges and want to sell products to customers in a relational way or conduct surveys
  • If you are friendly to others, you like animals (meaning you are a good person), you are cultured, you are willing to learn and use the computer freely, you understand social media, you can write in accordance with language standards
  • If you already have experience in working in a call center or you are very motivated to take up a job and you have not had contact with customer service and sales
  • If you communicate fluently in English or would like to be able to do it, but you have not yet developed this language competence
  • If you have graduated from high school or are/were a student
  • If you are interested in working in a hybrid system
  • If you would like to be able to choose the form of employment and working hours
  • If you are looking for freedom and willingness to earn money in a friendly, intimate Customer Service Center
